The White Horse Challenge Options

The
Complete Challenge
Starting in Devizes, you will walk a circular route
around 7 of the White Horses of Wiltshire, through
some of the most beautiful countryside anywhere in
England. You will walk across to Pewsey via Alton Barnes,
then up to Marlborough.
On the second day you will go via Hackpen and Broad Town, heading south to Cherhill
and Devizes white horses and finish back in Devizes,
where the Air Ambulance is based

The
Relay Challenge
Covering the same route as either
the Complete Challenge or the One Day Challenge, the
Relay Challenge enables you to split the distance up
amongst your team and undertake it as a relay. You
decide how far each team member walks. |
The
One Day Challenge
Walk half the route by participating on
either the Saturday or the Sunday.

The Family Challenge
If you don't
want to commit to undertaking the whole event but
still want to participate in some way, we have
organised a 7 mile
route on Sunday. This is perfect for families or groups who
want to enjoy a days' walking whilst helping raise funds for
charity. |
Raising Money for
Charity
We are aiming to
raise as much as possible for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance
towards the running costs of £700,000 a year. The Air
Ambulance has attended thousands of incidents over the years
where its speed
made all the difference to the patient, or was able to reach
an otherwise inaccessible location.
